Equity & Inclusion
Whether we're talking about religion, race, gender identity, ability/disability, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic status - EVERYONE deserves a fair shot at life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That includes equal access to family-sustaining jobs, access to resources and services, access to community and connection, and access to justice and fair treatment in all spaces. This is not a topic that exists in its own silo - this is a concept that is imbedded in every area of the work I do. Reach out if you have questions on how this applies to the issues you care about!
Environmental Protection & Development
Supporting responsible, environmental development and protection is critical at this point in our global struggle against climate change.
Moving away from the "same old" model of development and reliance on fossil fuels in incredibly important.
Protecting our natural green spaces in Erie County is even more important - not only for the environment but for our region's history, identity, and culture.
