Public Transportation
Public transportation is a basic necessity - especially for people who can't afford a car, can't drive yet, or are unable to drive due to physical or developmental disabilities or limitations.
Improvements to public transportation requires an investment - not only of financial resources, but of time, energy, and creativity - to help expand and improve our existing system and develop new ways to improve accessibility & walkability in our community.

Public transportation is more than just a city bus system - although reliable and efficient bus routes are crucial for maintaining and improving accessibility and public transportation use in the community.

Other types of public transportation include trolleys, trains, high-speed rails, bike lanes & bike share programs, and more!
